Why do you need a logo ?

How much do your logos cost?

We offer various logo design packages starting at $59.95. An additional package including the most common design needs (letterheads, business cards, fax cover) is also available. In the event you have special requirements, let us know and will make a quotation for you.

How many logo samples will you make?

Depending on the logo design package you order, we deliver from 3 to 5 logo concepts for your reviewing; if you consider that more business concepts are required, we can provide you with additional logo concepts after you accept an extra cost fee.

Can I order from anywhere in the world?

Yes. You can order from anywhere of the globe. For your convenience, the entire process takes place over the Internet. That is why your location has no impact on our ability to provide you an affordable design service.

How can I place my order ?

We have streamlined the entire ordering process. To order your design, simply fill out our online order submission form and submit.

What is the payment procedure?

How long before I see my first designs?

The day payment is received, we start the designing process. You will see your first designs within 48 to 72 hours

Your prices are in US Dollars. What is the price in my local currency?

How do I review my designs ?

Via e-mail we will send you the designs. And you can send your feedback through e-mails.

What if I am not satisfied with the designs, do you offer refund ?

If you are not satisfied with initial designs, we will make necessary changes according to your wish, free of cost.

At any time before requesting your first round of revisions, you can request to have all work stopped and your money refunded (less a $40 service fee).

After sending our first round of revisions we offer no refunds.

How will I receive my final formats?

You will receive your final design in zip format via e-mail.

How do I get in touch with you?

How do design versions differ from design revisions?

The first set of designs you view are called versions. Versions are the initial different logo designs you will view.

After you choose a version, we get to the revision stage. Revisions are subtle changes in fonts, color or placement. Basically, revisions refine your logo to your personal taste.

What are the different file formats?

1: Vector (AI) format :
This file is editable both in PC (Adobe Illustrator , Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw and Micrografx Designer) or MAC (Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand) software.

2: Vector (EPS) Format
This is the format we create for your Printing Facility. This format can be imported into most PC and MAC desktop publishing software. Your Printing Facility will use this file.
It contains font and color information.

3: GIF  or JPG (Depends on the shading)
This is the file you will use on your own web sites and email templates. It has been optimized for crisp, quick loading.

4: 300 dpi RGB BMP: (BMP)
This format can be imported into most PC applications. Simply insert into Word documents to print your own color letterheads, envelopes and business cards.

5: 300 dpi CMYK TIFF: (TIFF)
This format can be imported into most PC and MAC applications. File size may be extremely large, due to resolution. Can be used for Full color printing. However we suggest using your Vector EPS file, for Printing Facilities.

What is the difference between a print logo and a web logo?

Print logos require a much higher resolution and need to be saved in print file formats, such as TIFF and EPS.

Web logos require a much smaller resolution (since they only need to be displayed on screen). JPEG/GIF is preferred web file format.

What information or materials will you need from us to complete the project?

We need to know your company’s activity as well as the philosophy behind it. And if you have any idea or initial sketch, do not hesitate to communicate that to us. Please fill out this planner

Who owns the copyrights of the designs?

After you finalize the design, you own the full copyright of the design and free
to register it.

Is it possible to redesign my existing logo?

Yes. If you have an existing logo, we can revamp it. Please ensure to indicate on the online form that you currently have a logo.

Do you keep my designs in a file incase I lose mine?

Yes, we keep a back-up.
